When You Depart
Your Chin black beg, on your shoulder,
The Chin songs that you used to sing,
Make us lonesome, when you leave us.
Make us sorrow, when you depart.
Your friends wait you from a tea house
At the junction name as Hledan.
Your foot steps are still by the Lake,
Foot prints remain on Inlya street.
Your favorite poems and that you wrote,
Chankarlak dance that you used to dance,
In our memory like a story,
Make us sorrow when you leave us.
'Nationalism' you used to share,
Democracy that you like the best,
The news Khitpyaing you used to read,
And your favorite FAcup match,
Make us lonesome, when you leave us.
[Note: This poem is dedicated to a Chin Exiled Student Salai Van Dawt Thang ( B.Sc Geology ) From Western University of Yangon who passed away on 24 Oct 2008 in KL, Malaysia]

Air of Unreality
Storm air shakes old trees
Including the seeds of those trees
Its not just dream, but in present atmosphere
Including political and religious World
Storm air destroys all of natural entity
By its own ego
Nature's lover feels bitter
Living in unnatural atmosphere
Going, going towards natural entity
With murmuring the storm air
But the storm air is everywhere
Unpretending flower there
Seems to welcome with its nature
But the storm air touched it
Natural lover punches his head
Thinking of present atmosphere
Is there still real in present atmosphere?
Are all digging their own holes only?

The Knight for the Oppressed
The Knight for the Oppressed
by Salai Eagle
Here is a verse from a right- man
that praises the man
who shoke the history.
He has a rifle and a syringe
His left hand had a cigarette
Revolution was his life
He cured diseases of the nations
A nationalist and a Marxist
He left the world on 67 October 9
The body turned to the ashes
Yet his great name will never die
He is the knight for the oppressed.........
(For the remembrance of a nationalist and revolutionist Mr. Che Guevara)

A Hip Hop from a closed door
What about the tears of millions of people
and many many are cheated their human rights.
Many are killed
and many are discriminated.
Many are raped...Oh...Shit!
Many are forced to labor..........
Where is their rights that they have.........
Mouths are shut....doors are closed...........
The rivers gonna dry.....the fishes gonna die..........
Hey.......what are u thinking.......
The children gonna cry......
But your power never die..........
Shame it! dam it!!........
(This Hip-hop was composed by Salai Eagle on May 3, 2007)
